That way, we can tailor our approach and ensure the final designs capture the essence of your project.
Next, we’ll discuss pricing and timelines. Our mission is to work within your budget, and if needed, we can extend payment plans to accommodate your schedule. For example, a $400 character design package could be split into $50 per month over 8 months.
Once we’ve agreed on a payment plan and finalized project details, we’ll outline terms regarding project revisions, roles, responsibilities, and intellectual property rights.
After our meeting, we’ll dive deeper into design exploration, gather references, and develop early sketches or mock-ups for your review. This is where we may offer suggestions and potentially discover more efficient solutions or creative directions.
When we’ve refined the art direction, we’ll proceed with the final designs. Throughout this process, we’ll keep you updated with milestones and previews.
Upon project completion, we’ll discuss post-launch support, potential revisions, and any additional art pieces you might need in the future. And once the contract is fully paid, you’ll receive the final, high-quality assets, marking the end of this quest—and the beginning of your next grand adventure.
